    About the Role

    As a Material Handler, you'll be a vital part of the internal logistics team, responsible for ensuring critical equipment and supplies reach the right departments to support patient care. Your key duties will include:

    • Issuing supplies and equipment

    • Maintaining accurate computerized inventories

    • Monitoring stock levels to meet demand

    • Processing incoming supplies efficiently

    • Stocking crash carts, trays, and other critical bins

    • Performing other essential tasks as they arise

    Requirements

    • Strong customer service skills (internally or externally) are essential

    • Knowledge of supplies inventory, store inventory, and supply inventory is highly valued

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

    • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

    • Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently

    • Must be able to maintain accurate records of materials moved

    • Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

    • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
