    This role is a blend of Accounts Payable, Credit, and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for confirming that the goods ordered for the hospital match what is invoiced. This includes verifying quantities and reconciling discrepancies with vendors. The selected candidate will perform at least 15 Credit Memos per day and interact with internal customers, vendors, and team members regarding orders, invoices, and memos, working off of a queue.

    Responsibilities

    • Confirm goods ordered match what is invoiced to the hospital.

    • Reconcile discrepancies with vendors regarding quantities of goods received.

    • Perform at least 15 Credit Memos per day.

    • Interact with internal customers, vendors, and team members regarding orders, invoices, and memos.

    • Work off a queue to manage daily tasks.

    Essential Skills

    • Self-motivated with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

    • Proficient in Excel with experience in basic formulas such as Sums, Pivots, and VLookups.

    • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.

    • Experience with supply chain and credit memos.

    • Experience working with PeopleSoft Financial Modules, specifically Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Experience working for a larger organization.

    • Attention to detail.

    • Reliable and able to work flexibly, quickly, and accurately.

    Work Environment

    This is a fully in-office position with free parking available in Hartford. The role is an indefinite contract and will continue long-term. Permanent opportunities may arise but are dependent on headcount approval, which may take at least a year.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00
