Aston Carter is currently seeking a Match Exceptions Analyst to join a very reputable Healthcare company based in Hartford, CT. This role is an on-going contract for a minimum of 6 Months and is expected to go much longer. This position deals heavily with Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Purchase Orders and Procure to Pay.

Salary Range: $25 to $30 an hour - Onsite in Hartford - Free Parking Onsite

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned professional in Purchase

Orders, Accounts Payables, Invoices and Buying. This role includes free parking

onsite at the building.

Job Description

This role is a blend of Accounts Payable, Credit, and Supply Chain. You will be responsible for confirming that the goods ordered for the hospital match what is invoiced. This includes verifying quantities and reconciling discrepancies with vendors. The selected candidate will perform at least 15 Credit Memos per day and interact with internal customers, vendors, and team members regarding orders, invoices, and memos, working off a queue .

Responsibilities

• Confirm goods ordered match what is invoiced to the hospital.

• Reconcile discrepancies with vendors regarding quantities of goods received.

• Perform at least 15 Credit Memos per day.

• Interact with internal customers, vendors, and team members regarding orders, invoices, and memos.

• Work off a queue to manage daily tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00
