Responsibilities:

Automotive Technician:

• Diagnose and repair all areas/ systems of assigned vehicles

• Work with team members to accurately document recommendations, diagnoses, and repairs performed

• Stay up-to-date with manufature's updates and training

• Perform road tests and quality control of all work performed

• Responsible for keeping the shop area neat, and clean, and accounting for all dealership-owned tool at all times

• Must have the following FORD certifications:

  Ford Motor Company certifications

  10- Field service actions’

  31- Gas engine performance

  32- Gas engine repair

  33- Steering/ suspension

  34-Electrical Systems

  35- Climate control

  38- Brakes

  39- Electronic systems

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

Automotive Technician

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Proficiency with tools and mechanical aptitude

• Possess ability to accurate diagnose mechanical automotive problems and make recommendation

• A good work ethic is a must!

• Factory training, ASE certifications or prior dealership experience is a plus!

• Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
