Master Scheduler

Day to Day

One of our automotive clients is looking for a Master Scheduler to join their team in Oakville, Ontario. The person in this position will be responsible for creating the Master Schedule for all demolition, construction, logistics, and installation activities.

Additional responsibilities in this role include

- Create Integrated site Master Schedule based on inputs from project stakeholders in other departments

- Identify key problem areas and recommend solutions within the program scope, timing, and cost

- Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules

- Validate contractors project schedule accuracy

- Conduct and facilitate weekly ISMS reviews with the team

- Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Project Management or a related field

- 8+ years of experience as a Master Scheduler

- Experience as a project scheduler in the Automotive Manufacturing/Construction environment

- Experience using Microsoft Project

- Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills null
