    • Collaborating with internal and third-party production sites to determine products to move as green and shelled corn during harvest to best utilize network storage capacity, while also ensuring that we have the right seed at the right sites to meet our financial targets throughout the year.

    • Supporting winter production efforts by monitoring transportation into our North American production sites and ensuring that sites have visibility and direction of what is coming.

    • Providing testing support to improve our scheduling optimization tool (SNAP) to meet our Multi-Channel brand needs and provide direction to our IT teams on how to make sure the tool is functionable and correct for our Scheduling team.

    • Monitoring KPIs to measure performance toward objectives, such as meeting weekly production targets for our Multi-Channel brands and scheduling enough work for our production sites to meet those targets.

    • Working collaboratively with the Quality and Allocations teams to maximize supply position and make decisions to support demand fulfilment.

    • Supporting our Distribution team to align production and distribution plans.

    • Assisting internal and external production locations with managing production schedules, rough cut capacity plans, and priorities.

    • Providing direction, support, and training to internal production locations and 3rd party contract conditioners on production and system needs, while ensuring that we meet our demand requirements.

    • Being on call periodically to support production locations with issues after hours.

    • Developing and maintaining clear packaging specifications and CAMS documents.

    • Leading and participating in project work as well as identifying cost savings opportunities. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Scheduling and will be assigned to work on several different projects, as a result.
