    THE WORK

    The Master Production Scheduling Associate Manager will be responsible for the leadership of the Moorestown production master scheduling teams. The successful candidate will execute staffing plans for Moorestown Production, support FPR planning, and work with MPM and program teams to successfully execute program requirements. This includes the entire planning process from long range planning to the systematic material release. In addition, the successful candidate will implement more robust capacity planning tools to ensure that factory operations are set up for success.

    You are a leader with prior experience in operations and/or finance, and possess strong analytical, presentation, and team management skills. You should also be proficient in SAP, financial data analysis, and have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and communicating with senior leadership.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Prior experience in operations and/or finance. Understanding of SAP and related financial data.

    Demonstrated leadership of teams.

    Demonstrated presentation experience with Sr. Leadership.

    Demonstrated ability to analyze large sets of data

    Desired Skills:

    Advanced knowledge of SAP.

    Powerpoint, ability to create presentation material.

    Excel, ability to analyze data.

    Experience with Tableau.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
