    About the Role:
    AVA Law Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Mass Tort Campaign Manager to oversee and coordinate client cases across one or multiple mass tort litigations. This role ensures seamless case management from start to finish, delivering the best possible client experience.     Key Responsibilities:
    Case Coordination and Administration:

    • Manage all aspects of case workflows, including organizing comprehensive case files, tracking critical deadlines, and ensuring legal compliance.

    Client Interaction:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues directly when possible or escalating to attorneys as needed.
    • Maintain consistent communication with clients and outside counsel, providing regular updates on case status.

    Detailed Case Analysis:

    • Conduct detailed reviews and audits of case files to verify accuracy and completeness.
    • Extract and analyze relevant data to support case progress and maintain compliance with legal standards.

    Document Management and Monitoring:

    • Organize and monitor all necessary case documentation, addressing specific challenges or conflicts as they arise.

    Team Oversight and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the legal assistant supervisor to delegate and oversee project completion.
    • Provide guidance and support to legal assistants, ensuring tasks are efficiently completed.

    Interdepartmental Liaison:

    • Act as the primary communicator between attorneys, support staff, and outside vendors.
    • Present case updates, summaries, and action plans to align all parties involved in litigation.

    Process Development:

    • Design templates and create streamlined processes to support team members in completing projects efficiently.
    • Organize client-centric plans to assist clients through the legal process effectively.

    Meeting Attendance:

    • Represent the firm in all meetings related to assigned campaigns, including in-house discussions, co-counsel collaborations, and plaintiff leadership sessions.

    Education:

    • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred.
    • Demonstrated project management experience.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in case management systems and general computer skills.
    • Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
    • Comfortable with tools such as Excel and data entry systems.
