Marketing Specialist

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The client is looking for a Marketing specialist in cooperation with marketing leadership and local leaders to execute local marketing strategies for assigned region that increase product awareness and drive branch traffic and sales. Understands and interprets the client brand values/guidelines and

of the client brand strategy to ensure consistency of local initiatives. Tracks, analyzes and reports on all activities with consistent metrics,

documenting performance and insights. Reviews and evaluates effectiveness of current advertising and marketing programs.

Makes recommendations regarding new or enhanced strategies to management personnel as indicated.

Leads local media and partnership negotiations with support of the client's procurement staff. Maintains knowledge of local market

conditions/trends, member and customer needs and competitive position for all lines of business.

Advises Public Relations staff to leverage opportunities to promote the client's products and services in concert with

the local marketing plan. Supports on-site events as needed. Prepares regional marketing event and campaign

tactics in assigned region.

Performs a variety of special projects as requested and represents Marketing department on corporate projects

as required
