Job Description: Are you passionate about media and marketing? We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Media Research Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll engage with clients, resolve issues, and build positive relationships. If you have a knack for account management and are skilled in using analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaigns, we want to hear from you!

As our Media Research Specialist, you'll play a key role in processing news release submissions, managing registrant applications, addressing customer inquiries, and handling embargo-violation complaints. You'll also draft compelling marketing messages and implement innovative digital marketing strategies. A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices is essential.

Essential Skills

• 1 to 3 years of research or communication experience

• Experience with client interactions and account management

• Knowledge of analytics tools and SEO techniques

• Proven marketing experience

• Familiarity with digital marketing methods

• Proficient in using email platforms, Salesforce, social media tools, and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, or Portuguese

• Strong communication skills

• Friendly and account management-oriented personality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.20 - $43.70
