    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Program Manager to lead marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness in key segments.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build new and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience preferences and behaviors.
    • Implement tracking mechanisms and analytic tools to monitor performance and ROI.
    • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay up to date with marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive improvements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in design, construction, or building products.
    • Proven track record of managing online campaigns, with expertise in social media, digital advertising, and email marketing.
    • Strong experience in use of CRM systems to manage and measure campaigns.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage projects with competing deadlines.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in Google Analytics, Word Press, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Familiarity with website content management and design collaboration.
    • Experience in B2B marketing or working with a direct sales team.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    • This is an on-site position in Caldwell, Idaho, with some flexibility for remote work.
    • Work is performed primarily in an office environment with moderate noise level. The employee in this class is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
    • Position requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks:
    • Constantly requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
    • Constantly requires clarity of speech and hearing, which permits the employee to communicate effectively.
    • Requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screens to accomplish work.
    • Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
    • Light travel may be required.
