    Make a Difference

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and communicating results for primary or specialty care product lines. This position will work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing and other marketing team members, product line leaders, and outside vendors to develop, implement, and optimize marketing plans and campaigns focused on patient acquisition and retention, ultimately advancing the Network's brand position of exceptional care, simply delivered. Marketing plans are research-based and include marketing campaigns that deliver results. The role also provides consultation and analyzes metrics in comparison to local and national benchmarks for best practice.

    Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

    Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to effectively address conflict in a constructive manner with teammates, leadership, and physicians. Applicants can take multiple data points, including consumer research and CRM data, to develop messages that engage the target audience across multiple channels.

    • Bachelor's degree with extensive experience required. MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration or related field a plus.

    • 8-10 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.

    • Healthcare network experience is preferred, but not required.

    • Demonstrated results in developing marketing campaigns.

    • Strong familiarity with the Indianapolis healthcare market, including competitors, industry, and market-driving forces impacting consumers and physicians.

    • Team-oriented professional with proven ability to build relationships.

    • Aptitude to adjust and adapt to new and changing situations in the workplace.

    • Demonstrated ability in successful communication and networking skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills to act in an innovative and self-directed manner.

    • Strong writing, presentation, and one-on-one communication skills.

    • Refined project-management skills and organized work habits.

    • Experience in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
