    Kinsley Energy Systems is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to generating high-quality leads that can be converted into sales opportunities. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Kinsley Energy Systems.

    Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers and drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
    • Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO, to attract and engage prospects.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine messaging, campaigns, and promotional materials.
    • Manage and optimize lead nurturing processes through various tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote Kinsley Energy Systems and generate leads.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.

    Preferred Marketing Manager Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a lead generation role, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
    • Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
