    **_Hybrid: _** This position will be located onsite three days per week between sites at either Markham or Oshawa Ontario. **_ _** Travel will be on an as needed basis in this role.

    GM Canada is seeking a Marketing Financial Analyst - Incentives, responsible for working closely with vehicle marketing teams to devise and deploy retail incentives go-to market strategies for our vehicle incentives. This position will be responsible for the forecasting and budgeting of retail incentives and to ensure vehicle lines remain profitable. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for communication between GMF and GM Canada to ensure accurate deployment of vehicle residual values.

    Key Elements :

    • Work with vehicle marketing teams to devise vehicle line go-to-market strategies.

    • Manage incentive budgeting and forecasting for specific vehicle lines.

    • Understand and analyze vehicle VP profitability.

    • Prepare monthly Incentive Accounting and Actual/Forecast files for submission to VSM Technical Accounting and FP&A.

    • Govern the process of residual value deployment and communication with GMF.

    • Support GMCC Finance and VSM through variety of ad hoc studies and requests.

    • Participate in PRM and SOX initiatives andliaise with SOX team as required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights and make recommendations.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs.

    • Proven interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

    • 3 - 5 years of Financial Analyst experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Commerce with major/concentration in Finance.

    • MBA, CA or equivalent
