JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, support business development, and drive customer engagement. This position requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, utilizing market research and analysis to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/STANDARDS
· Manage and coordinate all marketing activities and market research strategies in collaboration with third-party marketing teams.
· Identify and develop new business ideas and opportunities through market research, analysis, and competitive assessments.
· Provide expert guidance on branding, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
· Oversee brand awareness initiatives and communicate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that effectively communicate the company's message to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
· Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
· Coordinate internal and external marketing activities to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
· Create engaging marketing content that resonates with targeted audiences across various platforms.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to research and identify key market targets and opportunities.
· Recommend best practices for marketing strategies and explore new marketing avenues to enhance brand presence.
· Manage and execute monthly campaigns and creative content, including emails, blogs, and social media posts.
· Respond to marketing inquiries from media and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
· Prepare marketing materials such as sales sheets, promotional videos, mailers, and multimedia programs, serving as a liaison with graphic and website designers.
· Coordinate logistics for trade shows and conferences, including the preparation of materials and displays.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide database leads and implement CRM solutions for effective sales support.
· Oversee the company's website and online platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Google Business, YouTube Videos) to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
· Communicate with online distributors to uphold branding requirements and marketing strategies.
· Manage database and CRM programs, including mailing campaigns and customer outreach.
· Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of previous marketing experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation.
· Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
· Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
· Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, graphic design software).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
