MAOP Engineering Verification Analyst

Join our Manpower Engineering team and service our esteemed Oil & Gas clients! We are partnering with a local service provider in the Houston, TX area seeking an MAOP Data Analyst as their team grows. The ideal candidate will have: MAOP and GIS experience.

The primary responsibilities of this role include compiling, sorting, and indexing MAOP records for historic pipeline projects, conducting comparative analysis of MAOP records, and correlating technical documents against baseline GIS data to identify any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be a team player, working alongside 4-5 other analysts under the guidance of the team lead.

What will be expected of you:

1. Compile, sort, and index MAOP records for historic pipeline projects.

2. Review and conduct comparative analysis of MAOP records.

3. Correlate technical documents against baseline GIS data to identify discrepancies following documented workflow and procedures.

4. Collaborate with a team of 4-5 analysts to achieve project goals and deadlines.

5. Maintain clear and concise documentation of analysis processes and findings.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the analysis process.

Bonus Points if you bring any of this expertise to the table:

1. MAOP/MOP Records Verification: Experience in verifying MAOP/MOP records for pipelines, components, and facilities.

2. PHMSA Audit Experience.

3. High-Pressure Pipeline Analysis.
