Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Technician!

Location: Breinigsville, Pennsylvania

Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We're excited to offer an opportunity for you to join our team as a Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our semiconductor fabrication operations, working in a clean and modern environment.

What You'll Do:

• Photolithography: Learn and perform coat/develop and pattern exposure.

• Pattern Transfer: Use both wet and dry etching methods.

• Substrate Cleaning: Clean substrates using wet chemistry.

• Metrology: Ensure accuracy in every process.

What You Bring:

• Technical Skills:Experience with microscopes

• Basic electronics assembly

• Familiarity with Excel and Word

• Cleanroom experience (a plus)

• Ability to set up and operate manual and computer-controlled equipment

• Basic knowledge of electronics, soldering, circuit boards, computer chips, and wafer fabrication

• Soft Skills:Team collaboration

• Attention to detail

• Multitasking

• Problem-solving
