    Pay: $29 per hour

    Schedule: M-F 1st shifts

    Assignment Length: Temp-to-hire

    Duties:

    • Leading and supervising the production line using mechanical and supervisory experience

    • Making decisions to ensure policies and procedures are followed

    • Participating in the hiring process for production team members

    • Overseeing the assigned production line

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of recent supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Proven leadership skills in a production or manufacturing setting

    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
