Immediate Need! Manufacturing Positions Available!

Redneck Outdoor Products in Lamar, MO is in need of full-time manufacturing workers to work in our plant performing tasks to build high quality Fiberglass Hunting Blinds.

Responsibilities include:

· Rolling out chemical resin covered fiberglass mats

· Throwing chemical resin on fiberglass mats

· Gel coating of molds

· Foam spray & painting inside blinds

· Sanding of fiberglass parts

· Building and assembling parts of fiberglass blinds

· Final Assembly detail work on each blind

Requirements:

Requirements:

· Ability to work while standing, stooping, squatting and bending

· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

· Must pass a drug test

· Attention to detail to perform all tasks precisely and safely

· Must be dependable and able to meet daily scheduling needs

· Monday through Friday – 1st shift – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

· Some Saturday work possible, if scheduled then it is required.

· High School or equivalent (Preferred)

· Driver's License (Strongly preferred)
