Manufacturing Positions Available!Redneck Outdoor Products in Lamar, MO is looking for full-time manufacturing workers to join their team and help build high-quality fiberglass hunting blinds.

Responsibilities:

• Rolling out chemical resin-covered fiberglass mats
• Throwing chemical resin onto fiberglass mats
• Gel coating molds
• Foam spraying & painting inside blinds
• Sanding fiberglass parts
• Building and assembling parts of fiberglass blinds
• Final assembly and detail work on each blind

Requirements:

• Ability to work while standing, stooping, squatting, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must pass a drug test
• Attention to detail to perform all tasks precisely and safely
• Dependable and able to meet daily scheduling needs
• Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Some Saturday work may be required, if scheduled
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Driver's license (strongly preferred)

Compensation details: 15-20 Hourly Wage
