Manufacturing Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Branchburg, NJ

Hours: 1st shift (8AM - 5PM)

Duration: 12+ Months contract to hire

What's the Job?

• Operate vessels, tanks, dryers, and other required equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor chemical reactions and perform necessary evaluations using laboratory equipment.

• Conduct distillations, filtrations, and extractions to isolate and purify products.

• Maintain compliance with quality guidelines and participate in safety initiatives.

• Communicate production needs and provide updates regarding process status to supervisors and coworkers.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; AS in Chemistry or related field preferred.

• Experience working in a chemistry-related environment.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of chemical reactions and safety protocols.

• Ability to operate hand tools and lab equipment safely.
