  • Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineer

    Join one of St Louis' leading employers and take the next step in your career! We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer passionate about innovation and technical excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process Development: Create and refine Standard Work for assembly and machining.

    • Operational Support: Provide support and root cause corrective action (RCCA) investigations for assembly lines and machining.

    • Facilities Planning: Develop facilities plans covering equipment, layout, material flow, and infrastructure.

    • Fixture Design: Design advanced fixtures for welding, machining, and assembly.

    • Project Leadership: Lead capital equipment projects.

    • Collaboration: Work with Manufacturing Engineers across all sites.

    • Technology Innovation: Investigate and implement new manufacturing technologies.

    • Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity resource planning.

    • NPI Support: Assist with New Product Introductions (NPIs).

    • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical resource for R&D Engineering.

    • Travel: 15-25% work travel required.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Other Engineering degrees will be considered.

    • Experience: At least 3-5+ years in Manufacturing/Engineering.

    • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • Technical Expertise: Metalworking processes knowledge.

    • CAD Skills: Proficient in 3D CAD (preferably Creo) and 2D AutoCAD LT, plus GD&T.

    • CNC & PLC Knowledge: CNC programming/operation and PLC diagnostics.

    • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects.

    • Capital Equipment: Procurement experience preferred.

    • NPI: Experience in assisting NPIs is a plus.
