  • Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

    Job Description

    As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, documenting, developing, and implementing procedures that are crucial for manufacturing, assembling, processing, and testing our products. Your role will focus on identifying and enhancing overall processes such as process development, scheduling, creating process documentation, product manufacture, assembly, testing, problem-solving, capacity planning, safety, and equipment management. You will also be involved in the design, installation, operation, and debugging of tooling and capital equipment. A significant part of your role will be to implement Lean principles, aiming at cost reduction, process improvement, and waste elimination. You will also follow established quality systems and procedures as required. Your day-to-day activities will include equipment process improvements, supporting sales with labor costs and production rates, changing fixtures, managing new machine installs or upgrades, learning processes, writing work instructions, and handling meetings and emails.
