    Position Summary:

    Hours: 40 Hours, Monday-Friday

    Location: Ensign College Campus - 95 N 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

    Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

    Employment Start Date: As soon as possible

    • Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
    • Worthiness to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
    • Receive clearance from the Church Educational System Ecclesiastical Clearance Office
    • Commitment to bring about the purposes of Ensign College
    • Resides in Utah
    Job Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in accounting or finance
    • Five years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related field
    • Proven customer service, interpersonal, and management skills
    • Ability to set and achieve program goals with little or no supervision
    Skills & Abilities:
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to analyze financial data
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    Job Description:
    • Manage full-time and part-time staff
    • Trains staff on customer service through regular demonstration and coaching
    • Provides accurate and complete student account information for students
    • Manages the student receivables, refunds, collections, and write-offs.
    • Manages all financial aid disbursements to student accounts
    • Process and issue 1098-T forms
    • Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the student finance module of the College's student information system
