    Position Summary

    Leads and manages the Quality Assurance (QA) team by setting strategic objectives and ensuring the implementation of effective quality assurance processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, develop test plans, and ensure timely and thorough testing of software products. Analyzes testing metrics, provides reports to stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in QA practices to deliver high-quality and reliable software solutions.

    What you will do

    • Develops and implements quality standards, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure that the organization adheres to these standards across all areas of operation.

    • Conducts audits, inspections, and reviews to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

    • Utilizes quality data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement plans.

    • Analyzes quality data and generates regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to track trends, identify issues, and present findings to senior management.

    • Leads the identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

    • Implements and maintains a quality management system (QMS), which includes documenting processes, procedures, and guidelines related to quality management.

    • Assesses potential quality-related risks and develops risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of quality issues on the organization.

    • Monitors customer feedback and satisfaction levels to assess the quality of products or services delivered.

    • Provides training and education to employees on quality management principles and practices to ensure that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain quality standards.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of healthcare experience

    • 3+ years of leadership / supervisory experience

    • 3+ years intermediate Excel level experience

    • Ability to shift priorities as needed

    • Proven track record of team building

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Health Plan Auditing experience

    • Experience working in Salesforce

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $60,300.00 - $132,600.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
