Role Summary/Purpose:
This role will be responsible for the wing to wing management of Product Lifecyle Marketing programs across all channels and H&W industries. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns and programs to drive portfolio growth and improve program performance leveraging industry KPI's, Cardholder VOC, and data. This role will partner with provider marketing teams, and other internal business teams to understand their marketing needs to cardholders. This role will also work with various teams across the organization to implement programs and projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage and execute all aspects of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns to drive cardholder engagement and usage across all channels.
Compose and maintain program plan, project schedule/timeline, creative briefs, and other project- related materials.
Serve as the primary program/project manager for your marketing campaigns
Work with creative agencies on developing collateral for marketing programs and campaigns.
Manage the creative and data approval process
Manage legal and compliance requirements for campaigns, programs, and initiatives, including approvals and audit validations
Manage project budgets and deliver program results to Senior Management
Communicate with all departments proactively to ensure stakeholders are aligned to campaign deliverables.
Partner with Performance Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending, Analytics and other internal teams to manage campaign development and execution
Ensure creative direction and overall objective is maintained throughout project
Monitor program results. Manage and assist the analytics team in preparing weekly, monthly and final program results
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience in Marketing
2+ years of marketing experience that includes 2+ years of direct, paid social, mobile, and email marketing campaign strategy and execution.
Desired Characteristics:
Strong experience with customer engagement marketing across email, direct mail channels, online, etc.
Consumer finance and/or retail marketing experience with an understanding of core financial drivers
Experience in healthcare marketing a plus
Ability to work well within campaign management platform tool; inputting key metrics such as budget, strategy, channel, targeting, timelines, etc.
Self-motivated, creative, strong initiative, and flexible. Ability to drive programs and campaigns in a team environment
Strong process and project management skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross functional teams
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and key stakeholders/deliverables
Strong communication skills needed to exchange complex information and interface with cross functional teams both internally and externally
Positive, high-energy attitude with passion for direct mail and e-marketing
Ability to analyze data, identify key trends and opportunities and develop improvement opportunities
Grade/Level: 09
The salary range for this position is 60,000.00 - 112,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
