    The Marketing & Communications organization at LinkedIn is experiencing fast growth within it's We are looking for a Manager, Measurement Testing to join us on this journey as we uncover key business answers to our most pressing Marketing questions. This individual will join the Measurement Strategy & Optimizations (MS&O), team which is responsible for developing measurement frameworks and roadmaps across all business functions.

    This role will be under the Incremental Testing pillar of the MS&O org, a major part of the team that has a twofold role; first, they validate our attribution models, such as MMM and MTA, to ensure they accurately reflect the performance of our business initiatives, and second, they provide testing support to the business helping us understand the effectiveness of our investments against our KPI's, and even testing what is the right KPI we should be looking at.

    This role is for an experienced individual contributor who is expected to manage their portfolio independently. We expect the candidate to be naturally curious and have strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, and a strong understanding of statistics needed to design and oversee the incremental tests. We expect the candidate to be proactive and a self-starter.

    The Manager, Measurement Testing will build solid cross-functional relationships across Data Science, Product Marketing and Marketing teams and become a key partner in the MS&O org to take our marketing tests to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Testing subject matter expert - knows how to design and analyze best in class incremental tests to deliver key insights

    • Consult marketers on testing design based on the hypothesis and their testing environment

    • Prioritize, project-manage, and drive progress forward under pressured timelines

    • Able to manage multiple projects proactively communicating to stakeholders

    • Socialize results - shares findings across relevant marketing teams and operationalizes results where relevant (dashboards, models, etc)

    • Develop and/or improve processes that drive greater marketing effectiveness & efficiency related to data flows or dashboards

    Basic Qualifications:

    • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

    • 4+ years working in a data analytics, data science or insights role

    • 3+ years of testing experience in test case design and execution

    • 3+ years of Incremental Testing Expertise

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field

    • Experience with A/B testing, Incremental Testing and other experimentation methodologies

    • Highly proficient in SQL and strong statistical experience

    • R and Python skills for data wrangling, data extraction and statistical analysis

    • Experience supporting marketing and/or sales organizations

    • Proven experience using data and insights to drive actionable recommendations

    • Strong relationship management experience and proven ability to work seamlessly across internal teams and/or clients

    • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling and visualization to solve complex business problems, with knowledge of B2B attribution modeling and ROI analysis.

    • Strong communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for both business audiences as well as technical ones

    • Self-starter with strong project management skills - ability to focus on tactical execution to get the job done

    • Enquiring mind with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and challenge the status quo

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The pay range for this role is $93,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
