    The ICS LFO Canada team is a highly respected decision support finance team that works closely with multiple business partners to provide analytical and value-added recommendations that have tangible impact on business decisions, long range strategy and overall growth performance. With numerous stakeholders requiring consultative finance support, the level of exposure and insights to real business challenges and opportunities is high and often demanding.

    To be successful, the candidate will need to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including Finance, Marketing, Controllership, and Risk. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, a passion for the business, resourcefulness, and comfort working in dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    The role will be focused on identifying, coordinating, and delivering relevant financial analytics to drive the financial performance and strategic direction of the organization. These analytics are aimed at providing exceptional decision support to Canada's senior leadership and helping drive business strategies.

    How will you make an impact in this role?

    • Provide analytical and financial decision support to ICS Canada

    • Complete strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Variance Analysis, Annual Plan, Investment Optimization, and Long-Range Plan)

    • Query, curate & analyze large data sets (Cornerstone/SQL/LUMI), and use data to substantiate and inform business strategy

    • Transform data sets into compelling visuals that clearly articulate business drivers/KPIs and drive insights (i.e., Tableau and PowerBI dashboards and reports)

    • Derive actionable business or financial insights and recommendations, and communicate these in a clear and concise manner to internal partners

    • Lead and develop Senior Financial Analyst

    • Collaborate with the broader Finance team (FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax) as well as other business partners to advance the vision and strategy of the Finance team and the broader business

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree in Finance and an Accounting Designation (CPA, CFA, MBA- Finance, MMA)

    • 5 years relevant finance / business experience

    • Ability to influence others without having direct authority, including demonstrated ability to influence senior management in the company

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (experience synthesizing and communicating complex concepts, opportunities, recommendations and strategy to Sr. Leadership)

    • Robust modelling and analytics experience

    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

    • Extensive knowledge of programming language and data modeling tools (SQL, SAS, LUMI and Python)

    • Experience with designing and building PowerBI and Tableau dashboards

    • Strong attention to detail; an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

    • Ability to handle several tasks while maintaining accuracy

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Sound financial experience and knowledge of the payments industry economics preferred
