  • Job Summary

    The Manager, DE&I IRGs serves as Inclusion Resource Group (IRG) ambassador to PJI promoting the IRG value proposition. The candidate provides strategic guidance and oversight to Inclusion Resource Groups and their leaders, directing IRG leadership, advising IRG executive sponsors and ensuring the IRGs function at a high capacity

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build the ongoing IRG strategy and related activities to maximize engagement, drive measurable impact and attract, develop and retain talent

    • Globally align the IRGs and establish the governance and reporting model, assuring integration of IRG strategic plans and programming with goals of DEI

    • Create resources to guide and refine IRG efforts, including IRG charter, essential processes and resources, and event planning toolkits and more; establish and manage annual planning and budgeting processes

    • Implement progress reporting to key stakeholders; identify barriers and key opportunities

    • Establish and manage leadership development opportunities for the IRG co-chairs and committee leadership

    • Partner with DE&I leaders and Human Resources team to provide impactful in-person and online DEI content and training

    • Collaborate with Inclusion Resource Group leadership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategies for retention, engagement and promotion of diverse talent

    • Onboard new IRG Leaders and executive sponsors
