Manager, Data Management

Job Overview

Manages or performs analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of software enhancements to create databases of primary market research data. May act as a subject matter expert.

Essential Functions

• Develops methods and procedures on new assignments, manages projects and coordinates project teams.

• Creates the logic that will apply when questionnaires are developed.

• Creates, or leads team members in creating, reports as specified by clients.

• Provides key input on more complex projects where new solutions are required.

• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria.

• Interacts with internal and external clients to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

• Contributes to quality control and training for more junior staff.

• Contributes to the budgeting process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline

• Five (5) years experience in a Primary Market Research environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $82,700.00 - $137,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
