• Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

• Shift Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

• Weekend Work: Occasional

Summary:

Responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of approximately 110 FTE's. Ensures clarity of priorities and goals for the entire group. Works with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning. Guides the Department's Team Members to achieve cohesiveness and high levels of efficiencies.

Also, must have the desire and ability to engage with and manage mobile team members who operate 24/7/365, as well as effectively process team member relations issues. Experience with fleet vehicle maintenance and acquisition is a plus.

Education:

• Required - Bachelor's

Experience:

Must have recent experience in commercial and/or healthcare logistics, including the use of software tracking and route optimization. History working with or for UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Quest or LabCorp is highly desirable.
