Position Summary

The Business Analysis Manager is a member of the Finance team, and as such, fulfills the company purpose of helping the beneficiaries on their path to better health by executing and performing the duties set forth below.

As the Business Analysis Manager, you will have shared ownership and accountability over the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Fee Authorization Form development, performing research, and analysis to devise strategies optimal to business operations and services, ensuring efficiency and increased productivity. The Business Analysis Manager would be responsible for coordinating different departments to develop functional services, setting goals, managing schedules and establishing new projects to improve the organization's workflow and workforce performance.

As part of the PBM Finance team, you will help to develop strong relationships with upstream data owners and downstream clients. It's essential to leading and developing the different stakeholders to reach the department goals.

Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in business, finance, or project management role.

Proficiency in analytical tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and other financial tools. Familiarity with Rally and other data analytics platforms is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in leadership or managerial roles is also preferred.

Strong Analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for business improvements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including Sr Leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.Education Bachelor's Degree in finance or project management or other related business field preferred or equal years of work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
