    Job Responsibilities 

    -Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure functionality and efficiency. 

    • Diagnose mechanical issues and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems.
    • Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues such as electrical problems or plumbing malfunctions.
    • Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during maintenance operations. - Collaborate with other technical staff and external contractors when necessary. - Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
    • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
    • Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
    • Recommend upgrades and improvements for better operation and reliability.
    • Participate in ongoing technical education and training to remain current with industry standards and new technologies.
    • Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for events or functions, as required.
    • Implement preventative maintenance measures to minimize equipment downtime and extend lifespan.

     - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and other climate control systems.

     - Coordinate with management to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to business operations.



    Job Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent technical certification

     - 2+ years of experience in maintenance work, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting

    • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
    • Proficiency with hand and power tools - Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
    • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment

     - Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting

    • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations (OSHA)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders
    • Availability for on-call work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

    Compensation details: 25 Hourly Wage
