  • Maintenance Technician - New Mexico

    Our CNC Field Maintenance Technicians contribute to the success of Productivity by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels. Our customers rely on the Productivity Service team to repair, inspect, and troubleshoot their equipment.

    This is a remote field service role to service our customers in New Mexico - primarily in the Albuquerque area.

    • $30 - $38/hour – plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews

    • Full-time - 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM

    • Hourly position with occasional overtime

    CNC Field Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

    • Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations in New Mexico - Albuquerque area.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues

    • Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments

    • Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals

    CNC Field Maintenance Technician Requirements

    • 1+ years of CNC repair experience required
      • Haas, Makino, Citizen, etc.

    • Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role - experience with troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system

    • Formal training in electrical systems, i.e. mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance

    • Comfortable working alone and with peers

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

    • Monday – Friday - Occasional overtime - Some overnight travel (4-6 nights/month on average)
