Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair a variety of machinery including fillers, cappers, packaging equipment, liquid fillers, palletizers, case packers, and conveyors. Responsibilities include completing daily preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance tasks, setting up, adjusting, and maintaining machinery and equipment. Additional duties involve lubrication, inspection, cleaning of equipment, and completing weekly PMs for repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. The role also includes maintaining inventory of tools, obtaining quotes for replacement parts, and potentially setting up and operating machine tools for repair and fabrication. You may also be tasked with installing and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment, and replacing faulty electrical components.

Work Environment

Industrial environment. Non-temperature controlled, dirty, and dusty, with exposure to chemicals. Equipped with fans and heaters for temperature regulation during winter.
