    About the role...

    Join the LEGOLAND Florida maintenance team and play a key part in ensuring everything runs smoothly! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing a wide range of equipment, hardware, and maintenance accessories under the direction of the Facilities Team Leader and/or Supervisor. You’ll contribute to general repairs, assist in preventative maintenance tasks, and support other skilled trades during rehabilitation projects. Whether it’s keeping the park running or helping with new installations, you’ll be an essential part of the team!

    What you’ll be doing...

    Ride Maintenance Tech:
    About the role:

    Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment for rides, attractions, and buildings. Assist in general maintenance across the park and handle complex equipment issues, including electrical and PLC systems.

    What we’re looking for:

    Experience with diesel/gas engines, electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and general electromechanical work for rides and water pumps.


    Team Leader Ride Tech:
    About the role:

    Supervise day-to-day ride maintenance, leading a hands-on team. Perform repairs and testing of electromechanical equipment, focusing on troubleshooting complex systems.

    What we’re looking for:

    4+ years of experience with electromechanical equipment, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of preventative maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.


    Facilities Tech Generalist:
    About the role:

    Maintain, repair, and install various equipment, hardware, and accessories under the Facilities Supervisor's direction. Assist in preventative maintenance and support rehabilitation projects.

    What we’re looking for:

    1+ year of experience in facilities maintenance, proficiency in electromechanical systems, and a strong focus on guest service.


    Water Park and Water Quality Senior Tech:
    About the role:

    Ensure the safety and quality of water attractions and facilities. Inspect, maintain, and repair water park rides, equipment, and plumbing.

    What we’re looking for:

    4+ years of water park maintenance experience, plumbing knowledge, and CPO certification.


    Water Park and Water Quality Tech:
    About the role:

    Maintain and repair water park rides and facilities, focusing on water quality. Ensure equipment is functioning at the highest standards.

    What we’re looking for:

    2+ years of water park maintenance experience, plumbing knowledge, and CPO certification.


    Facilities Tech Mechanical Plumber:
    About the role:

    Maintain and repair plumbing systems throughout the resort. Assist in all other facility-related tasks as needed.

    What we’re looking for:

    4+ years of plumbing experience, expertise in plumbing tools, and ability to read blueprints.


    Facilities Senior Electrician:
    About the role:

    Inspect, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems for rides, attractions, and buildings. Design and modify electrical circuits as needed.

    What we’re looking for:

    4+ years of electrical experience, Journeyman certification, and proficiency with electrical tools and systems.

In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
