Maintenance Technician - 2nd/3rd - 18-30/hr.

Job Title: ALL SHIFT - Maintenance Technician - UP TO $30/HR!

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work on various CNC machines, conveyor lines, and robots, performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general building maintenance. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical skills, with a focus on maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Pay/Shift/Additional Information:

• Pay:

• $18 to $28. (Will receive a 10% shift differential on off shifts.)

• $18 to $22 person = entry level and needs direction on projects. Auto mechanics, Maintenance Apprentice, PM Technicians, Farm Hands, Etc.

• $23 to $28 person = 1-4+years of industrial maintenance experience. stronger mechanical experience

• $29 & $30 person = experience repairing cnc machines, understands/knows vision systems or understands/knows automation. Also can change out parts on machines, fix machines and able to perform most if not all duties with minimum training.

• Shift:

• Will train on 1p to 1130p shift for up to six months. Once fully trained will move to set shift; 830p to 7a.

• Monday to Saturday 6 days a week, 7th day is voluntary - but is available. Working 10hr days.
