    Description:

    Wea re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Marian Oakland, in Farmington Hills. If you are passionate about maintaining facilities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building and equipment

    • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.

    • Conduct inspection to identify issues and recommend solutions.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

    • Assist in preparing facilities for special events and functions.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Proven experience in maintenance or related field - property maintenance is preferred.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
