Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the second shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in food manufacturing.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Gainesville, Georgia

Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 with 10% bonus

What's the Job?

• Mentor, train and motivate employees to optimize their performance & personal growth

• Ensure all regulations relating to safety, security, GMP, sanitation, discipline, etc. are adhered to, and that breaches in policy are communicated to appropriate management

• Assign and ensure completion of work orders for the Maintenance Technicians

• Communicate performance standards to employees, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments and counseling performance problems

• Facilitate employee meetings, including employee training. Ensure appropriate documentation is completed and maintained

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance and electrical functions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language skills (reading and writing) required, Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills helpful but not required

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal (people) skills

• Proficient computer and analytical skills needed
