Maintenance Supervisor

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor job in Frankfort, KY. Responsibilities for this Maintenance Supervisor job include

• Building maintenance (change filters, light bulbs, light maintenance)

• Refurbish assets

• Assist with procurement of supplies

• Perform minor repairs to incoming assets

• Sweeping, mopping, cleaning furniture

• Track equipment and furniture

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually

• Must possess valid driver license

• Must be able to pass background check

• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to standard operating procedure

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
