Job Description

Oversee the electrical maintenance of the plant. Engage a team of qualified employees to keep equipment running smoothly. Assist in directing preventive maintenance programs and implementing corrective actions. Supervise the training of personnel in electrical and electronics.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Possession of a 422A or 309A certification or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 3 years of industrial supervisory experience.

• Ability to remain clean-shaven to comply with N95 respirator requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding ticket.

• Gas fitting ticket.

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.

Work Environment

The plant consists of three different parts. In general, the environment is not too hot but warmer unless directly in front of a machine. It is a loud environment due to running machines, but cleaner than expected. The hot side, where bottles are manufactured, has four different lines with fast output and hot ovens blowmoulding the glass. The cold side cools down the products, sorts and quality checks, and stacks the bottles. The labeling side is also warm/hot and involves printing on bottles and wrapping skids through a big pallet automated machine.
