How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for the overall management of building maintenance and physical grounds in accordance with our established procedures. As a Maintenance Manager, you will deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life. You will also assist with the transportation of residents to and from local appointments and/or doctor's appointments if required. You will also work in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs. Imagine the smile on the face of our residents and staff when you help them achieve their best.

Schedule Varies: This is a full-time position 8:00am - 4:40pm Monday - Friday.

What you will need: 

• Must have basic knowledge in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs.
