Job Description

• The Maintenance Manager is responsible for performing highly diversified duties.

• These include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.

• This role supports the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

• Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians

Hard Skills

• Equipment installation

• Troubleshooting

• Repair

• Maintenance of production equipment

• Ability to lead a team of 4-6 technicians

• 2+ years of previous maintenance managerial experience

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot to the component level

• Familiarity with PLCs is highly preferred

• Maintenance of conveyors, gear boxes, motors, controllers, switches, sensors, and other manufacturing equipment

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Marcos, California.

Work Environment

Monday - Friday (8-5pm). May be required to be on call on the weekends as needed. Temperature-controlled production facility.
