    IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR RESORT ENGINEER II

    We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

    This is Regular Full Time position. Tuesday - Saturday availability is required.

    As a General Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:

    • Cosmetic enhancements of cabinetry, furniture, walls and flooring

    • Hanging of doors, windows and wallpaper

    • Making minor repairs to ceilings and walls

    • Troubleshooting HVAC unit, change filters, empty and clean lines and pans, test thermostats, reset units

    • Responding to guest issues with a courteous and professional manner

    • Troubleshooting toilets, faucets and shower plumbing

    • Re-lamping any/all property lighting with correct lamp's as needed

    • Performing proper lifting protocols and adhere to all safety/security protocols including MSDS

    • Patrolling the resort grounds to ensure safety and security and handling emergency situations promptly and effectively

    • Assisting at the front desk and other departments as needed.

    Requirements

    • One to two years' experience as General Maintenance Engineer

    • Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

    • Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays

    • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

    • Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
