    We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join out senior living team in Grand Rapids, MN! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. The schedule includes;

    • 64 hours every two weeks

    • Full time, day shift

    • Weekends as needed

    Responsibilities/Job Description:

    • Basic maintenance and safety awareness

    • Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.

    • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

    • Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines. 

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • One to three years of experience

    • Driver's License in good standing

    Preferred:

    • High school Diploma/GED
