    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Under the supervision of the Cage Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the controlling and accounting transactions for the main bank. Other duties as assigned by management. Main Bank Cashiers provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Indiana Grand Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. Other duties as assigned by management. The Main Bank Cashiers may perform the duties of a Cage Cashier based on business volumes and needs. During any shift that a Main Bank Cashier will be used to perform as a Cage Cashier they will not also work as a Main Bank Cashier at any time during that shift.

    QUALFICATIONS

    High school diploma or GED required. Three to six (3-6) months of cash handling experience is required; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License. Must possess good interpersonal skills, and be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work in a loud and noisy environment. Indiana Grand Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment, therefore must be able to work in a smoking environment.
