Mailroom Position

$15.00 per Hour

8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday EST.

Job Track Description:

• Receives, processes, and ensures paper document integrity and classification are completed prior to image scanning

• Sorts paper documents by form type and line of business depending on requirements for processing

• May require some lifting up to 20 - 30 pounds

Maintains HIPAA compliance in keeping a secure workspace

Responsibility Statements

• High school diploma or GED experience

• 1-2 years in a working environment

• Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week

• Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:

• Computer Skills: knowledge of using a mouse, keyboard, etc.

• Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening

• Must be receptive to coaching and training as minimal quality requirements are in place

• The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment 

• Strong work ethic with strong reliability and dependability. 

• Effective and accurate verbal communication skills.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
