The Mail Clerk role will require candidates to be responsible for reading, comprehending, and electronically routing all mail and information to appropriate locations. Also will be responsible for following operational guidelines for the mailing equipment, the procedures of the company, and United States Post Office regulations. Opens, sorts, and routes mail and packages to proper department.
Operates scanning equipment and ensures proper imaging and routing of items.
Operates mail machine efficiently and effectively and inspects it daily to insure proper working order.
May assist in the research and location of missing or misrouted packages
Processes outgoing mail and packages through mail machine or courier shipment systems.
Folds and inserts correspondence and other forms into envelopes in preparation for mailing
Inspecting checks as well to ensure they are filled out properly
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
High School Diploma required
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to analyze information and make independent decisions
Previous cash handling experience is a plus
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
