  • The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing sealing, paint, and printing equipment.

    Job Description:

    The Paint, Print, Pack Machine Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing sealing, paint, and printing equipment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work with team members to understand/troubleshoot equipment

    • Repair and replace worn and broken components

    • Make minor adjustments to equipment to maximize output (with supervison)

    • Change out RF sealer tooling

    • Replace Big Red pallets as required

    • Fill in for other team members as required

    • Perform other duties as assigned (Preventive Maintenance, cleaning, etc.)

    • Maintain production pace and standards

    • Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area

    • Practice 6S

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Understand and follow verbal and written instructions

    • Basic math skills

    • Basic computer skills

    • Advanced Mechanical skills

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • High School or GED diploma required plus Technical Certification in a Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related program or equivalent combination of education and experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field.

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer preferred.
