Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Shop Helper

Job Description

Maintain and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Work with suppliers/vendors for troubleshooting support and to source replacement parts. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric equipment. Perform vertical and horizontal CNC maintenance with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Communicate with management on findings and status of work. Work efficiently and with proper prioritization to maintain production uptime. Complete preventative maintenance on all required equipment. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Organize parts and tool storage. Must be physically present with regular and dependable attendance.

Work Environment

Machine Shop work environment. Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm with very little overtime.
